She was on time. She was able to answer all the questions we could think of. She was able to inform us of many things about the area, neighborhood, etc. Just about any information you could think of that you would want your realtor to be able to answer she knew. In the past I have dealt with realtors, that not only couldn’t answer questions about their own area, but couldn’t answer questions about the house they were showing. She continued to send us information that we wanted to know about living in Sparks. What is more surprising is that even after the sale she volunteered to do even more for us. We still have not fully moved in and still live some distance away from the new house. Marilyn told us we could leave a key with her so she could take care of things for us like turn off lights if we left them on by accident and anything else like that. This is something that goes beyond her responsibilities as a realtor and goes to show you the depth of her character. She was very professional yet friendly. I could always run things by her and discuss my options. She was dedicated to my sale and had my back. I believe she was more interested in making me a satisfied customer than just getting a commission off the sale. I think my home was displayed professionally which included using a specialized photographer to capture its charm. This was not the case in other like listings I saw.
